"Alice has always provided five star service for any number of guests from two to 500. This has included cocktail receptions, formal luncheons and providing temporary relief Chef duties for the resident Chef at the High Commissioner's Official Residence. Alice has provided the catering and staffing for our annual Australia Day Reception, for 300-500 guests, many consecutive years and we always recieve compliments on the quality of service and food. She has worked with me to create innovative Australian-themed menus using produce from our sponsors, as well from her own sources, to an excellent standard."
