Alice Staple trained at Leith's School of Food and Wine in 1999 and has travelled and cooked her way around Italy since. It was here that she learned the importance of seasonality, the quality of the produce and the strength of flavours both of these provide.
Sourcing from local suppliers and focusing on seasonal ingredients, her organic, rustic presentation reflects and pays homage to the origins of the ingredients she chooses.
Over the last 20 years, Alice has travelled the world cooking for the who's who of the celebrity world and has a built loyal and dedicated client base of both private and corporate clients.
Alice is also Executive Head Chef of Maremma, an Italian restaurant in Brixton focusing on regional specialities from the Maremma region in Tuscany.
