Alice Staple is a London-based private chef and event caterer who trained at Leith's School of Food and Wine in 1999 and has travelled and cooked her way around Italy since. It was here that she learned the importance of seasonality, the quality of the produce and the strength of flavours both of these provide.
Her passion for well-sourced, quality produce sets her food apart. Alice works with artisan producers and local suppliers to create beautiful, seasonal menus of the highest standard, bespoke to each client.
From the moment you make an enquiry, to the end of your event, Alice and her team will work closely with you to ensure your event is perfect, whether it's a small private dinner or large corporate function.
Alice is also Executive Chef of Maremma, an Italian restaurant in Brixton focusing on regional specialities from the Maremma region in Tuscany.
